The inSPORTline Hemmok aerialyoga straps are designed for practicing yoga while suspended in the air. They are an aid for a type of yoga that is also known worldwide by the established names Flying Yoga, Aerie Yoga, or Anti-Gravity Yoga. Exercising with these straps combines elements of yoga, acrobatics, and dance.

These yoga straps introduce new and unusual positions to traditional yoga practice that would otherwise be impossible to perform. At the same time, they serve as a highly effective tool for strength training and, above all, toning. Many of the exercises engage the thighs and abdominal muscles.

The straps are made of comfortable and durable nylon taffeta and are attached to the ceiling or a beam using steel carabiners.
