The Resistance System Mini (RSM) is extremely versatile and practical. It comes with a set of handles and an internal anchor PTP, so you can train anywhere, anytime. With 6 Mini PowerTubes spread over 3 resistance levels, the Resistance System Mini is the perfect match for strengthening and toning routines. Specially designed for smaller spaces and shorter ROMs (Range of motion) to reach the resistance plane faster, it is also compatible with the Core-Dome PTP.
All tubes feature an internal safety cord, making them a safe choice for resistance training. The RSM allows you to increase or decrease resistance during training, by adding or removing one or more additional tubes.
