Aeroskin technology
Inspired by the skin of the most evolved marine predator, the shark. Its streamlined body is covered with microscopic pinholes that create localized turbulence, which in turn reduces aerodynamic drag. Like the shark, Aeroskin uses a textured graphic interface that is strategically applied to the surface of the snowshoe and allows easier airflow around the frame by reducing friction. This enables the snowshoe to move faster through the air, generating more energy, more maneuverability and improving the player's reaction time. Aeroskin reduces drag by up to 25% compared with previous Dunlop technology.
HM6 carbon technology
HM6 is inspired by one of nature's most efficient and robust structures, the honeycomb. Its complex mass of hexagonal cells creates a strong, lightweight structure that absorbs shock while retaining its shape. Using a revolutionary manufacturing process, Dunlop has designed a hexagonal structure in carbon fiber. HM6 Carbon material is placed between two layers of major carbon aerogel, creating an exceptionally stable structure. As this construction absorbs unwanted frequencies, they are evenly distributed, giving the player a better racquet feel and minimal energy loss equating to maximum energy return. HM6 carbon reduces vibrations by up to 10% compared with previous Dunlop technology.
