With the multipostes EXM4000S of BODYSOLID, on 10 m² of surface only, you benefit from a true gym at home, autonomous and protected allowing to realize the 12 essential exercises of the bodybuilding.
A very complete training, on a robust and very comfortable multi-gym for a very wide range of exercises for both the upper and lower body, a maximum of muscle power developed and an increased endurance.
Each of the 4 stations has its own 95 kg self-loading weight column, well integrated and hidden in the center of the multi-station, for safety and visual comfort.
Its soft, thick DuraFirm™ upholstery is very comfortable. The seats have reinforced lumbar supports and are equipped with hydraulic adjustments to automatically adjust to your height.
The seated chest press station features 2 amazing 6-way arm adjustments, giving a true feel of a real free-loaded dumbbell workout
The shoulder press has a special biomechanical study to concentrate all the resistance on the deltoids in order to work only the muscles, not the joints.
It is equipped with a foot lever to adjust the starting and stopping positions of the handles for fluid movements without parasite tensions.
The triceps press has a balanced V-bar in the center for smooth movements without jerks.
Very practical accessories: 1 bottle holder and a water bottle holder are fixed on the frame.
The EXM4000S is reserved for private use or sports associations.
