The GFT100 Functional Trainer from Body-Solid is a versatile, reliable, space-saving functional trainer for gyms and fitness centers at home and in garages.
The GFT100C Functional Trainer is built with two 72.5 kg weight batteries, but can be expanded to two 95 kg or 140 kg weight batteries. The protective caps on the weight stacks are very stylish and provide additional security.
The dual weight stack design allows for isolated movements and a balanced workout. The GFT100 from Body-Solid features a 1:2 stack-to-resistance ratio, allowing for smaller increments of weight adjustment and incredible range of motion.
Perform flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press downs, crunches and more. Add an optional bench or stability ball Body-Solid for a wider variety of exercises.
The GFT100 Functional Trainer is constructed of heavy 11-gauge steel (50 x 76 mm) with a black powder coat finish. It fits perfectly into any modern training facility and is built to last. In addition, the GFT100 is space saving and uses every inch of floor space.
The fully adjustable swivel pulleys offer total workout freedom, and the included accessories (aluminum calipers, tricep rope, chin and dip belt, and dual swivel bar) give users virtually unlimited workout options. Use the included accessory rack to store each of these items and keep workout areas clean and organized.
The built-in warm-up bar offers additional versatility to the Body-Solid GFT100 functional trainer, allowing users to perform chin-ups, pull-ups, leg raises and more.
