Both arms can be used together or independently, and the divergent two-axis arm motion allows for biomechanically correct exercise for the back. The 360-degree articulating handles provide definition and natural freedom of movement. Adjustable gas-assisted chest support for different arm lengths and total back muscle isolation. Independent unilateral arm movement. Includes weight rack for storage.
