This weighted vest weight pack contains 8 weights of 1.25kg which allow you to modulate the load of your Venum Elite weighted vest as much as you wish.
It has two front and back pockets, with 16 compartments for 1.25kg weights that can be added or removed very quickly.
The payload can thus be a maximum of 20 kg.
