Professional-level Varlion padel racket with a round shape that favors control over power.
It's made of bi-directional carbon tubing. Its core is made of 38 mm medium-hard Eva Hypersoft rubber and is laminated with layers of carbon fabric and fiberglass. The core area is also reinforced with carbon fiber fabrics impregnated with Varlion 's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for maximum elasticity and strength, and coated with a layer of titanium dioxide.
It is the successor to the legendary LW Carbon 3, LW Carbon 5 and LW Carbon 8 Prisma Pansy but with technological improvements in its materials, design and features. One of the most important is the incorporation of the Prisma frame, which offers greater acceleration and travel speed thanks to its aerodynamic design.
- Aerodynamic Drilling is the new drilling system that offers greater resistance in the core and greater consistency in shots, thanks to a wider sweet spot.
It includes the Prisma protector as standard, which is designed and produced using a low-hardness PTU injection mold to absorb shocks and scratches. This protector is attached to the racket frame by means of adhesive tape, without the need to drill holes in the frame, which also helps to prevent vibration.
In turn, Slice technology (rough texture) has been applied to the striking surface via a 3D direct silk-screening system, to help the player apply spin to the ball more effectively.
And last but not least, Handlesafety technology, a new safety system for the handle. Normally, all blades have a centered exit hole for the placement of the string, which is attached to the handle's structure by means of a pin, rivets, nails, etc. However, with this system, the string is not attached to the blade. However, with this system, the rope passes through both walls of the grip and exits on either side of the ferrule, offering 100% safety and comfort in the grip.
